DUNEX and Puri Medika Hospital Unite in Pneumonia Prevention Health Seminar
Sunter, March 8, 2024 - In an effort to raise health awareness and prevent disease, successfully organized a Pneumonia Prevention Health Seminar in collaboration with Puri Medika Hospital. The event was attended by 52 on-site employees, 27 participants online, and representatives from the company's management.
Mr. Michael Iskandar, President Director of , expressed, "I would like to thank Puri Medika Hospital, especially Dr. Bobby Singh, for taking the time to conduct this seminar. I believe this seminar is highly beneficial for our company, as many of our activities take place outdoors, especially in warehouses, and our drivers work outside the office. This seminar helps us understand what we can prevent so that our employees' health can be maintained."
Puri Medika Hospital supported the health initiative by providing 5 free pneumonia vaccines to 5 lucky participants, as a tangible contribution to disease prevention.
Dr. Bobby Singh, Sp.P, M.Kes, FISR, FAPSR, explained, "The key aspect of educating about pneumonia is to highlight the significance of this disease. Pneumonia can be caused by infections, whether bacterial or viral. It's important to understand that education is not just about prevention, but also about treatment and management when someone is already affected by the disease."
