The Opening Ceremony of the DUNEX Tournament 2024 “Generasi Hebat, Satukan Tekad”
Sunter, 16 August, 2024 - celebrated the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia while officially inaugurating the Tournament 2024. The event was attended by the Board of Directors (BOD), all Division Heads, as well as all employees based in Sunter. Under the theme “Generasi Hebat, Satukan Tekad”, hopes that this event will foster a spirit of solidarity and strong determination among all employees.
In his opening remarks, 's President Director, Mr. Michael Iskandar, stated, “We fully support the competitions organized by our employees every year leading up to the August 17th celebrations. This is not just entertainment, but also an opportunity for employees to develop leadership and teamwork skills. Through this event, employees can learn to lead, get to know their colleagues' abilities better, and strengthen relationships between divisions. The company provides full facilities and support for the success of this activity.”
To enliven the Independence Day celebration, held a series of sports tournaments covering various branches, such as futsal, basketball, table tennis, badminton, chess, and the popular game Mobile Legends. In addition, various fun games, such as tug-of-war, hanger relay, straw relay, marathon, as well as creative competitions like Idol and Quiz, were also organized to add to the excitement of the event.
The Opening Ceremony kicked off with the Hanger Relay and Straw Relay Fun Games. Team Import won the Hanger Relay, and Team PGA won the Straw Relay in this opening event.
The event aims to strengthen the bonds of camaraderie among employees and to foster a spirit of sportsmanship among all employees. The Tournament 2024 is expected to be a memorable moment in this year's Independence Day celebration.
